Leonor began with what seemed like a utopian idea and turned it into the heart of Mezcal Gulroo. Coming from a family of merchants, she discovered in mezcal not just a product, but a way of life: honoring every step of the process—from planting and harvest to roasting and the final experience.

Her vision goes beyond selling; it’s about sharing what it means to be a producer and artisan, teaching through empathy and experience. As founder and active member of the Mezcal Regulatory Council, her legacy is to transcend with a message that connects tradition, community, and the power of ideas.
