Coming from a family deeply rooted in mezcal production—both maternal and paternal lines—he carries a legacy of over 120 years of knowledge. His ancestors worked the land and processed agave, giving him a profound understanding of the craft.

He leads the creation of new mezcals and was the visionary behind the design and construction of the Mezcal Gulroo palenque. Every bottle he crafts reflects tradition, innovation, and the continuity of a century-long family heritage.
